{"id":1011,"date":"2011-11-01T12:30:32","date_gmt":"2011-11-01T17:30:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mvt.tc\/fr\/?p=1011"},"modified":"2014-07-06T20:57:52","modified_gmt":"2014-07-07T00:57:52","slug":"evolution-services-autocar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mvt.qc.ca\/fr\/2011\/11\/evolution-services-autocar\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;\u00e9volution r\u00e9cente des services d&rsquo;autocar en Am\u00e9rique du Nord"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"width: 240px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  \" title=\"Megabus \u00e0 Chicago\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3394\/3454531790_034eb6ca9f_m_d.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"160\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Megabus \u00e0 Chicago (compujeramey via Flickr - CC BY 2.0)<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, aux \u00c9tats-Unis, un nombre croissant de transporteurs offrent \u00e0 leur client\u00e8le d&rsquo;\u00eatre pris en charge dans la rue, plut\u00f4t que dans une gare routi\u00e8re, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 l&rsquo;appellation consacr\u00e9e : <em>curbside<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e9j\u00e0, les entreprises <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boltbus.com\">Boltbus<\/a>, Fung-Wah et <a href=\"http:\/\/megabus.com\/\">Megabus<\/a> offrent un service bas\u00e9 sur le mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;affaires des compagnies a\u00e9riennes <em>low cost<\/em> : achats de billets en ligne et infrastructures r\u00e9duites \u00e0 leur plus simple expression.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ctq.gouv.qc.ca\/la_commission.html\">Commission des transports du Qu\u00e9bec<\/a> (CTQ), dans une r\u00e9cente d\u00e9cision, a rejet\u00e9 la demande de permis de Trentway-Wagar (affili\u00e9 \u00e0 Megabus et Stagecoach Group PLC) pour \u00e9tablir une liaison Montr\u00e9al \/ New-York.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les v\u00e9hicules qu&rsquo;on voulait exploiter (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vanhool.be\/Home%20FR\/autocars\/Autocars%20Etats-Unis\/td925astromegaeuFR.html\">VanHool TD 925<\/a><em> Double Deck Intercity Touring Coach<\/em>) ne respectaient pas les normes de charge des routes qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises, ni les exigences de la CTQ au niveau des infrastructures d&rsquo;accueil des voyageurs.
